Melto Designs — legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Melto Designs website, store, and custom 3D-printing service, operated by Melto Designs, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees. The amount you pay is the amount computed by our server at the time you place the order — including product prices, shipping, and any loyalty-point redemption shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- An order is confirmed only when payment is captured. If payment fails or is not completed, the order does not exist — any amount debited in error is reversed through Razorpay’s standard process.
- Obvious pricing errors (for example, a listing at ₹0 due to a mistake) may be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.
Loyalty points
- Points are earned on paid orders and redeemed at checkout at the rates shown there. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited if an order is refunded or your account is closed for abuse.
Custom prints — acceptable use
Our custom-print service prints models you upload. By uploading a model you confirm that:
- You own the model or have the right to have it printed. Do not upload files that infringe someone else’s copyright, design, or trademark — responsibility for rights in uploaded models rests with you.
- The print is not a weapon or weapon part, and is not otherwise illegal to make or possess in India.
We may decline any print job at our discretion — including jobs we judge unlawful, unsafe, or infringing — with a full refund of any amount already paid for that job.
What we deliver
- 3D printing is a layer-based manufacturing process: fine layer lines, small surface variations, and slight colour differences between batches are inherent to it and are not defects.
- For custom prints we produce the model you supplied, at the material and settings quoted. We are not responsible for design flaws in the uploaded model itself — if it does not fit or function as you intended but printed as supplied, that is not a defect.
Returns and refunds
Covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the item, reprinting it, or refunding the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or delays outside our control.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any consumer-forum rights you hold, courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Grievances

Changes
