Each photo gets 3 free image tries — you can tell us what to change each time — and 3 free 3D tries. If something fails on our side, the try is given back.
To keep Melto Minis fair and stop misuse, each account can start 2 free Minis every 30 days. Ordering a Mini frees up a slot. Uploading the same photo again takes you back to your Mini.
It stays private to your account and is only used to make your Mini. We never post it. You confirm that everyone in it has agreed, and that you're the parent or guardian of anyone under 18.
One to four, standing together on one base. For five or more, email care@meltodesign.com and we'll quote a group order.
We keep the pose and clothes from your photo. When you try again, add a note like “add her glasses” or “make the border gold”.
